Hi guys looking for some info on gearing . I have a 08 Everest 146 " with 2.5" lug . just wondering what would be my best bet for ridings in the trees ? not worried about losing top speed. I believe I have 19 - 45 at the moment and any info would be great.
Ok so I'm going put the ramps from my 146" clutch and put them in the 163" clutch . Which spring do you think would work better for in the mountains . The one from my 146 or 163 ? I will be putting the clutch from the 163 on my 146 because it's partially new.
I have a 2008 xp summit 146" and I noticed a noise in my primary clutch and I have a backup but it's from a 2010 XP 163 " . Will I be able to use this for a backup?
Found the problem , turn out one of the fuses that are clipped on to my oil tank was gone. I traced the wires and it led me to the DPM solenoid which would explain why I was only pulling around 7800 RPM's . Thanks to this awesome site I saved myself a couple hundred bucks and learnt something new .

Was wondering if anyone has replaced there e-module before and if so could a guy use 1/4" inch grade 8 bolts ? I think I can get away with not taking the motor out . Anyone have any tips or suggestions ? And was wondering if the 600 rs has the same ones or are they more rugged and reinforced.
Was out on my sled today and put 135 km on her and on my way home my engine light came on followed by 4 beeps . Sled ran fine from what I could tell, anyone ever have an issue like this happen?
With the choke off it barley runs , had the carbs off cleaned and inspected all looked good , I had new plugs installed when the motor was done and when I took them out to look they were soaked with gas
Just had a complete motor rebuild on my 08 xp summit and had here out for a test run and i noticed that the sled will bog out around 4-6 thousand RPM's and have to pump the gas to catch her from stalling . Have to run her with the choke half open , has anyone ever had any problems similar to...
