Sled is darty and hard steering on hard trails. Thinking skis with lower keel would help. Suggestions? I also have an 850 Summit that handles better on trails. Not quite the way it is supposed to be!
I have a 2015 900 Ranger and a friend has a 2013. Same tires exactly- 28" Mega Mayhems. My 2015 revs quite a bit higher at the same speed. Was there a reduction in gearing? He needs to go in low range a lot and I easily stay in high because I am reving higher.
This is a terrible year for trees drooped down over the trails from the Sept. snow. We had them cleared and this last snow brought a bunch more down. Mostly 3-4" birch. What have some of you done to protect the strobe etc. on top of the cab of the Snocat? Don't say cut the trees as we are...

Recent high winds and heavy snow have caused more trees to come down on our sled trails. The trails need to be cleared again before grooming can resume. If anyone can help out show up at the Ritz at 8;00A.M. on Saturday the 18th. Sled and chain saw or hand saw required.
