I have ES and installed the footwell screens and the snow around the QD & battery is not an issue an longer. Also installed a QD skidplate that stopped a lot of snow from coming in through the bottom hole.
Stock primary (black spring) & a black/gold secondary spring is what was in my clutch kit. BB weights/delrins/helix/secondary spring the kit works really well so far.
Are you running Tyson Fix Kit on your Pro? If you are running running it how many of the clamps are you using? Seems two clamps would balance it out better IMO.
Engine:Newcylinders, pistons/rings/head (Fix Kit by Mtn tech Perf) installed by HatcherPass Polaris,SLP coolant by-passkit, PCV w/ DTR fuel maps with a multiple elevation map switch. The sled hasstrong smooth power from the bottom end to 8,150rpms up a steep slope. 159-162hp. Polaris update kit...
Timbo,
Do you have the 2009 cylinders or did you upgrade to the 2010 cylinders? Have the top end off mine and it looks pretty good after 500 miles on the Polaris update. Was thinking about going with 2010 cylinders but will have to split the case and bore it to fit the 2010 cylinders...Don't...
What rebuild procedures do you recommend having done to the cylinders/head prior to installing the kit? What is included in the kit?
Appreciate it,

Timbo,
Please keep us posted on the test ride results. Sounds like the "Fix" will be going in my sled over the summer. Have been holding my breath every ride this past season hoping the engine makes it through the seaon.
Couple more rides left then it is tear down time.
