007 if you are from lloyd, Nelson lumber sells them (glulam beams) out in their yard. They even did the calculations for me...this is years back. I do know an engineer that may help you. I will ask him if he is interested in helping you.

yep, do the kit. After the rebuild of my 2011 with 800miles on it. I have the video to prove the sled runs smoother. Felt a difference in power (maybe 4 hp). Wish I had the kit I do now to put on it. I sold it before I could put the slp stage 3 on it.
Once my 2014 runs out of warranty, the kit...
Good day, just wondering if anyone has used a slp stage 3 on the pro without using the exhaust and muffler. I have a complete kit from a 2012, but was told the pipe is different. I have a stock pipe and jaw can on it, my 2014 only has 220 miles in it. Slp said everything from the pipe will work...

Update: Sounds like Cylinder Piston and Crank haven't heard directly from the service centre.... No word from Polaris yet either. So my question is the scuffing on the low part of the cylinder below the rings does it require a new cylinder? Any suggestions on making the motor more reliable...
I have no idea, the local dealership is going to try and help me with polaris because warranty ended on Oct 20th, 2012...
I removed the motor just to save time for them to take up my case. I know they are swamped and short staffed.
What does Doo have for a program?
That sucks :(
I feel your pain. The local small egine shop quote 600 for crank and 600 for cylinder exchange.
I am dropping off the engine at the local Polaris shop. Hope they can help me out, I know they are willing and been very helpful on the phone.
No kinks in the oil lines...
Update:
I took the head off to night, glad to see the piston skirts are all in tacked. Will post pictures of the pistions and the complete head. The rings look good, no fuel in the bottom end.
So my hopes were high until i grabbed the PTO side pistion to move it... I heard a clink... Great...
Update:
Found out that my son fuel the sled with Husky prem fuel... I asked him to fill with Shell Gold... so, looking at the resistor, it was set for non-eth ...
He didnt know it made a difference.

Update:
Tonight was the first time i really had a chance to look at since we brought into the garage and i post the first video... So i decided to take a chance to see if something was jammed in the recoil area. Just because before i can spin the motor completely over if i struggle spinning...
Just got over the phone with a small engine place. They have had the issues of something getting jammed in the stator... so i guess that could be the best case... pulling the motor in the next couple of days... regards of what the dealer comes up with!
Yep i hear ya, i do the same thing ... not sure if the previous own had the same practice... The sled had a fresh full tank of fuel ... it had really nothing in it before...
Hmm ... that sucks ...
If thats the problem with this one, maybe it's a warning sign others should take note. Will keep this post updated till i am riding it again...
Well, it did backfire once a couple of days before this ride... I didn't pull the cord hard enough, pulled second time... Bang. Let it warmup and took it for a quick ride... Loaded it up for a fuel top off before this weekend...
During the ride... No backfire, no loss of power. Just slowed...
