[B]Hey Folks, Looks like I just bought a 2011 Switchback Assault. One issue... I have two trailers.. A 6 place quad trailer... And a utility trailer that measures 52 inches wide by 104 inches... Now the sled is 126 inches long... If there are several of us going, I'll hook up the 6 placer...

The rear grab bar of the sled would be about 20 inches off of the trailer... however looking at a picture of the sled the track is about 5 inches shorter than the sled.. so yeah.. about 15 inches...

Yeah... Ive had my outty 800 in the water lots... Had to do ten flushes with 5 filters once to get all of the water out... not to mention some diesel... Over time my using my outty as a boat took a toll on the tranny. I was riding the sand dunes I blew my secondary seal on the tranny...

I would definitely pack at least 40 liters... I've been up there several times... About 20L to get up there with a full tub, and then 20 liters (slightly less because the trailer will be lighter.). Any extra should be covered with the next 40 liters... There are great trails in the woods up...

Uhmm a couple dirt bikes a couple raptor 700s... 3 or 4 renny's... mostly utility though.... someone has to carry three days of gas clothes and food for the guys on the race quads. My outlander 800 is still a hell of a ride!

Since you're not accurately describing your problem, I can only offer little help. Is it Carb'd? pull the fuel line off that goes to the bowls, and then turn the key to your quad on.... See if fuel comes out of there. If not, you have figured out that it isnt the Carb. This doesn't...

So... went for a 100km ride the other day. Overheated about 10 times. limited the revs to 4000. Found the rad was a little plugged. Dipped her in water and cleaned her out pretty good. Still overheated. Funny thing is... I poured water on the side of my block, and the water wouldnt boil...
