I would get a 62 or 64 series over the Oregon 200. I have one and hated the touch screen on it. You have to have it pretty much dry and clean to get it to work and it won't work with gloves on. I sold mine and bought a garmin 62 series and it works great
It sound like it is sucking in steam into the air box. I put header wrap on my head pipe and it fixed the problem. You could also snorkel the intake to the air box

Sound like the 3-5-R piston lip seal is getting wore down and not sealing when cold. If the TCM does not see the turbine speed drop when put into gear then it kick out out of gear and lights up the shift inhibit message.
The key is indexed different because it applies more rotatal force to the torsion bar, that what lifts the front end, it does the same and turning in the bolts more on the stock ones, it offset to give more twist
The DEF system has heaters in the tank that thaw the fluid.
When the ambient temp outside is colder than -20C the DEF system is disabled
There is no reason you need to run the engine for 45mins before you drive it
Take it back to the dealer they should have never let it leave like that, the light should be out and there should be no speed restiction if they fixed it. If the dealer in Olds doesnt know how to fix it bring it to Rocky and i'll fix it for you
