I have an 08 Dragon 700. Started it ran good for 5 minutes, idle went up to about 3000 started to surge a bit up and down, also no lites no gauge. Thought maybe a regulator, put one in no difference. I am stumped, does anybody have any ideas. It does start second pull, idles high then quits.
