We talked to a lot of 9R guys since then and they think it will be fine. We will do a bunch of high boost testing before doing a production release. If we snap a crank we will need to limit the boost. At the very minimum we should be able to get you back to stock power at elevation.

The turbo is oiled with injection oil and it is metered by using check valves. The check valves prevent oil from being pushed past the seals in the turbo if the center section becomes flooded. We use the stock 33gph fuel pump which has more than enough capacity to supply the larger injectors...
Thats just a picture of the Turbo. It comes with everything. We do not include an intercooler. You would have to do a water to air intercooler and it would need to have it’s own heat exchanger to be effective. IMO it adds to much weight.

The actual turbo is around 30% the cost of the kit so it wouldn’t be worth it. You would also need a custom tune. We us a Xona turbo with a ultra high flow turbine wheel.

Interesting fact to wrap your mind around. Our kit is so efficient that I can install a 5lb spring in the WG and generate around 6.5 lbs of boost.

Well I am 54 so maybe I should have said uncontrollable for me. We do mix 8oz of Lucas Octane booster per tank. Bumps the octane to about 93.

Well anything over 200hp gets to be uncontrollable but if I were to make an educated guess. 225-230hp at elevation. The limiting factor on our kit will not be the injectors or the turbo. It’s a give and take, a smaller Turbine housing and a larger exducer will give you bigger boost sooner but...
The THC is extra. We do not have one on the snow yet. We will have one on the Dyno soon. We are currently mapping larger injectors for exact values to enter into the ECM
