The bigger the passport shiiite show is and the more chaos at the airports the easier it will be for them to slip in the digital ID, with you vax status etc. of course. Create a problem, create a solution without having to sell the public on it.

At 6am they let us inside. We are in a room with about 200 chairs. They divided all the people up based on travel departure. I’m in the under 48h group which is good. At 8am they start taking people but if you’re gone they skip over you. Apparently yesterday was a lot worse for crowds than today.

Yeah I got out of there at about 11:30 yesterday. Will be driving back up to Calgary to pick it up at 2pm. Of course my feed barley that has a 2 month delivery window has to also be hauled at 2pm today as well ha ha. Also if anyone else has to subject themselves to this try to go on tues-thurs because I think Mondays and Fridays are the worst.

Sure glad the wife and I got our passports for 10 year validity in 2020. Mind you after flying to the maritimes and back the other week and dealing with the sh!t show at the airports, I'm not flying anywhere anytime soon...

Arrived at 3:02am and I was #6. #4 was a Kijiji line sitter making an easy $40/hour.
Between 3 and 4am about 20 more people showed up.
