Really your only outlet is the Customer Assistance line. They won't let you talk directly to a warranty service rep. Be prepared to wait a bit on the phone but they will start a case file and get back to you. You may not hear anything till the first week in January now as they are off most of the holiday break down there I was told today. Good luck to you!
Thanks, I think I am gonna need it.

The way I read that codes it's a electrical problem, not a problem with the Injectorits self, probably a wiring problem.
Open circuit or short to ground. The way most injectiors are wired is, there power all the time to the injector, and the ecm controls the ground to open and close the injector.. now if the ground wire was shorted to the ground on the sled that would cause the injector to stick open a set a code in the ECM.
Just my HD mechanic brain thinking out loud..
Hmmm I checked the obvious spots on the wiring harness, is it possible the injector could short internally?

Anything is possible, a person could swap injector to see if the intermediate problem moves to the other side..

Yes warranty has changed a lot since I was a dealer. They are definately a lot tighter than they used to be. Really its sad.
I thought the platinum dealers where given a little more autonomy to make warranty decisions?

i would really get ahold of BRP. You shouldn't be on the hook for anything.

Also, BRP shouldn't be taking any holidays this year they have sleds to build lol

so let me get this straight, you went to a dealer with an engine code on a brand new snowmobile and have a bill to pay now? how does that work LMAO!!! unreal... BRP are you listening?
Well in the end it was decided that they would good will the troubleshooting labour, whatever that means.

They tried to charge me $144.00 to change the spark plugs cause I mentioned they were probably fowled. I said pardon.

Gonna take this out on the Mountain in my back yard tomorrow and try to get it to fail.

Hopefully it was just something stuck in the injector.

Seafoam?
