Got it started, bit of a wood butcher but like building so few adjustments and should be good. Strated of making sure its square

Not sure yet, was going to strap with plywood then fiberglass, of strap with aluminum then uhmw

Ya i have to get my shop done, i have a few projects on the go, just been lazy.
Gantry can pick 2000lbs in the center, will put a little electric hoist on it

Lol, its getting close

got the floor spray foamed and now sheeting with 3/8 plywood, should be ready to flip soon

Sweet! I always wanted a nice ice fishing shack. You need to put something on the side and bottom of the runners. Bare wood soaks the water in and it will free in hard enough you’ll rip the wood apart getting it out.

Looking good! I live in Slave and something like that you can rent it out when your not using it. Just a thought. Probably $ 200 plus a day. Cheers

Bottom of the floor complete, little caulking then going to seal with fiberglass resin. Then finish off the skis

Second coat done, looks shinny so should keep the water out. Now the skis and front and rear pans. Stove showed up today so anxious to get er flipped
