Seems to be worse on the 175's than any other model from what I've seen Dave. Doesn't matter if its short tunnel or the standard tunnel.

never had any issues with the removable snow flap, or regular snowflap, only on the accessory snowflap for the short tunnels, cheers dave

The XM 175's would do it all the time. We were building spacers between the tunnel end and the flap to set the flap back to keep customers happy. Like you said its the whoops that doo it. If they designed the flap so the bottom part didn't bend back towards the track they wouldn't have any issues on the regular and short tunnel flaps.

You tell them Kenny, back in the day we were the king of the hill !!!! ( plastic paddles bolted on and all )Time catches up , got pass the torch on

These young guys think these new short tunnels with the longer track is new Technology...... we use to put 141 on a 136 and ect same thing!!

Is that a factory snow flap? Looks like it came off a 78 Freightliner
