Just wanted to close the loop on this thread. Just got back from a few days of riding and no more codes. Changing out that harness fixed the issue. hopefully this can be helpful to someone in the future.

The BD supplied helix is the 41/45? I’ve called around to a few dealers to try and find the 43/47 but I’ll have to order it in it looks like, well for the oem doo one anyways.
