Probably sticking and giving a code for not being at commanded position. Pull the cover off and make sure they float real smooth and freely. If you can get the exact code you will atleast be able to know which position they are hanging up in and will help narrow down what to look for

i upgraded to a Inreach mini from a Spot. Went inreach as the monthly plans are cheaper, and can still send texts with it if your phone is dead or didnt bring one

usually do a trip first week of december every year and have good snow. at this rate ill be waiting till february. what a crazy year

I have this one in mine. Very small and low weight. Been working good. A little slow turning for cold starts so i usually just pull it by hand the first time, but it will start it
