It is for the most part.... just have to put both clutches back on, I cleaned them up and checked them over. I heard there is about 2 feet up at the towers, but no base. You thinking about going? We may wait till rememberance day to go, you around?yup sure is trish hows it goin?? Im on here tryin to get a timbersled skid for 1000 complete!! wish me luck
