Quick update; I groomed the Iron Horse Trail from St. Paul to Ashmont Sunday; as there was so/so snow on this section; tough grooming... But the section from Smoky Lake East Border to Ashmont to Mallaig to Glendon to Bonnyville; ‘great’ snow conditions for sledding... fun Grooming with that much...

Hi all; in regards to the Snowmobile Trail south to North Saskatchewan River and the IHT (Iron Horse Trail) east & west of St. Paul; there is hardly any to snowmobile on; but there are a few diehards riding but snow is limited.... we have the Groomer/Drag all ready to go but we will not operate...

Sorry folks; we just do not have enough snow to groom the IHT as of January 11th, 2021... hopefully more snow in the future; will keep you all posted :)

The IHT was groomed Friday; March 13th; from St. Paul West to Abilene to Mallaig by Wayne; trail and snow conditions are great... :)

I believe this has to do with the waterline being installed in that area... :)

Just to update everyone that rides the IHT; Wayne groomed from St. Paul to Elk Point Tuesday night... then Wednesday Big Mike and Lloyd groomed their Elk Point Club trails north of Elk Point to the Cabin... then Thursday Lloyd and Markus groomed the IHT from Elk Point to Heinsburg and back...

The IHT; Iron Horse trail was groomed today from Cold Lake to Bonnyville to Ashmont then southeast to St. Paul. Snow conditions pretty good for this time of year; good snow between Glendon to Mallaig... grooming done by Danny and Wayne :)
