I don't have the actual numbers from Ford, once the field engineer drove my truck and deemed it normal vibration level thats all Ford will do. Ford Canada called the information proprietary, I've tried number of times to get info. So at this point the dealer has ordered a 2019 and is working...
Finally have a answer after 5 weeks in the shop after the ford field engineer showed up. He said it’s a normal one ton vibration at speed. Needless to say I’m a little pissed anyone else with a new Ford F-350 with a vib at 120-130km mostly felt through the seat.
2 1/2 weeks later still no truck and the engineers still have no idea on what to do. Is it unheard of getting a hole new truck from ford? Getting ready to give up and get a dodge. HaHa
The have changed three of the tires because they failed the road force tire balance. Everything is stock and has barely seen any off-road use yet. First thing they did was put the vibration analyzer on it and it all points to tire vibe. Very frustrating when the dealership is out of ideas.
Have a new f-350 with 3000km and its in the shop for a second time with a vibration. Vibration starts at 110km/h and gets worse the faster you go. Ford changed three tires, driveshaft, pinion bearing and still going. There talking to the engineers, guess they can engineer me a new truck. Anyone...
