I'm starting to get up into some high mileage with my 800 PTek 2008 and heard of a guy who put in a seadoo engine and was getting over 250hp at a relatively decent price. Anybody else heard of this? Lots of work to make it fit?

'07 Switchback 600 made 5200 miles and blew the top end off. '08 Skidoo MXZ 800 4200 miles hasn't been touched. Thinking about doing a rebuild this summer.

Dropped to 17.5 grams, and went to clicker 3. At -20 it was running awesome, but running it at -8 it sucked. I just pulled the secondary off and dropped it off to be rebuilt. Hopefully that makes some difference. I think my next step is gonna be changing out the primary spring and putting a new...
