Power to positive thinking... I agree with the mental positive attitude is a huge confidence booster and I do improve; I'm not giving up yet, I have the willingness, drive and effort, I just lack talent / ability, I ride with some incredible riders that just make it look so easy, I over think it...
I am definitely the worst rider in our group, I am always told "just don't look at the trees", well I've been trying not to look at the trees for a number of years and it isn't working, lol, I am absolutely amazed at some friends and their ability to technically ride through the trees. I am just...
I debated between the 700 & 850, I ended up choosing the 850 and love it (went with the XT). Also had been buying Polaris for at least 20 years and have now fully converted to Doo, Yes almost choked on the Doolaid, but not regretting it.
OMG! I remember that ride up at Goose! that is classic, a few don't ride anymore, those were the days! I'm sure you thought us WNR's were absolutely crazy, some of us still are! Thanks for sharing! Great memories!!!
There are still little deals at the show, I'm still finding good value every time I go (usually on gear or a new gadget)... it's an expensive sport. To me it is also a social event, a gathering of some friends, and a time to start planning our trips for the season.
Almost time for the Edmonton Sled show. I don't really need anything this year, but always want to go for a deal or two... Hoping a bunch of us can get together for a look at the new line ups, catch up on how we survived the summer and maybe grab a beer.
What are you looking for at the show?
Had a great trip to Grave Flats last weekend, road Cardinal Falls trail, Blueberry Hill trail and Thunder Lake trail, it was an awesome time with Hardcore and his buddies!
Wondering if this will create more shortages of sleds, Could the last 3 standing produce more sleds for all? It will definitely increase the price of a sled with less competition in the market. Used market value will also increase I guess.
