The aro’s steer on the heavy side. usually sliding your forks up in the clamps a 1/4” or so helps alot. also the skag on the first ARO platforms (18/19) came down too abruptly and plowed hard on hard pack. You have to take a zip cut and angle them back more gently.

Its getting pretty good now, especially in the north facing valleys. Its not BC bar deep, but its easy daytrip riding.

Switched to 0-40 engine oil in my bike this year. Starts ssoooo much better all the time. Over 60 engine hours now running that oil and no issues.

Anyone have a spare ARO spindle they would be willing to part with? Hit a rock in 4th tapped, need a new spindle, and all aluminum hardware to bolt to the forks.

I've added heavier fork springs to my Xplor48 forks, ordered them from a very well known suspension dealer after giving them all my bike/rider specs and riding style. Seems better than stock but I can still bottom out the forks periodically. I'm told but several people since I'm only a 145...

Anyone have any cold weather starting tricks? I have two booster packs and quick connect leads to the battery. But once it’s colder than -20 I seem to kill at least one booster pack before the bike will start. Once it’s been running I can stop for over an hour on cold days and it’s starts right...
