    Sorry man I know how you feel.I busted all 4 bolts holding the helix to the secondary twice and had to double out for parts!

    2012 HCR Team Clutch Install

    I am installing a tied clutch on my 800 HCR.I am trying to align my belt and I can not achieve my 0.030 gap between the alignment bar and the stationary sheave on drive clutch.I have removed all shims and gap is 0.060.Please help!

    2012 M8 HCR .. Bad bog ..

    I have the exact same sled with all the same updates.No problems with bogging or power at all,in fact power and is awesome!

    longer belt better gearing..

    I am currently installing a team tied clutch and a 086 belt on my 2012 800 HCR.I am having shimming problems.With all shims taken out I still have around .060 between alignment bar and stationary drive pulley??????
