was in revy Thursday until Saturday and the snow was killer deep. Trails are a bit thin for the first few km but doesn't take long to get into good snow.
Rode chappel today, conditions are amazing we were in windshield deep pow all day long and it was starting to storm hard again up top when we were leaving.
Re: December Conditions & Riding
Rode renshaw today the snow was surprisingly pretty good, a good foot of fluff in most spots we rode. Be careful out there though overall snow levels are still pretty low there is a lot of open water and rocks out there to hit definitely have your eyes peeled.
I just put a silber on my 174 and it absolutely rips and is very responsive, I just had it out to valemount for my first ride on the kit ran it at 7lbs and it ran perfect the tuning is absolutely spot on couldn't make it burp at all I tried. You can run the kit at 3,5,7,10 or 12lbs of boost out...
Just bought a new 174 and immediately removed the sway bar I'm not a huge fan of them, left the front springs alone and once your off trail in the snow set the clickers 4-5 clicks from full soft also set your ski stance narrow and absolutely loved the handling very easy to throw around.
Was up at renshaw tuesday and keyhole today conditions are fantastic nothing but pow and sunshine both days definitely a good time to get out and ride.
Rode keyhole yesterday it was raining most of the way up but did eventually turn to snow, conditions were still awesome the trees are holding some deeeeeep snow still.
Rode chappell today it was great there was still lots of snow we went to the back in the trees not a track anywhere only 2 of us there today had the whole place to ourselves rode down on fumes at the end of the day.
Rode renshaw yesterday higher open areas are fairly windblown, pretty good snow in the trees still lots of stucks to be had there, rode belle today definitely less fresh than renshaw but not a cloud in the sky definitely worth the trip.
