Dave, I thought I saw one of the ambassadors mention a slight redesign to the upper A-Arm on the 2025 to accommodate the piggybacks on the expert?

im 210 before gear, I use to turn the springs up to 3 or 4 and still have a bit of sag.. this is my first year running the bushpusher spacers and springs at #2, no sag and ride is fairly plush, i am happy with this set up (22 expert)

Picked up the clip on flap for the expert before my xmas trip due to the less than ideal trail conditions and wow was I impressed, stayed at normal operating temp the whole trail ride in passing countless sleds stopped on the side of trail or trying to dig into the snowbanks on the side.. kinda...

Not sure where you took yours but if anyones in edmonton area, MBsuspension had all 4 of my exits rebuilt in about a 2 week turnaround

you should have plenty of room. i run that set up with the larger fuel can and it fits. The deepsnow bag mounts are slightly off center so if mounting behind the gascan at the second linq brackets make sure the thumb tabs on the bag are turning towards the rear bumper.

Purchased my Tobe cordus boots in 2021, last trip they both pulled the stitching in the Achilles area, same day which is odd lol.. filled out their warranty forum online with some pics and they sent me brand new Cordus V2’s to my doorstep in about a week, no questions asked. Thumbs up from me...
