Pretty sure that tight spot on the Mckenzie gap has caved in so it's not passable. The gov has the Mckenzie trail shut down right now.

good question. I just called on Friday to ask but will have to wait till monday for a reply. The mine was suposed to make a new rider friendly trail up to Cad-mountain. Last year they said they couldn't find enough workers or something to get it done. As for that other trail with erosion ditches...

Not true. The mine says they are reclaiming the area as we speak. Suposed to be putting quad trails back in etc. That whole area back there was designated ohv trails but the gov thought we'd all forget about that.
