We just did this my sons and my sled and used Margarine containers with zip ties hanging from the ends of the bars for catch cans.It worked well. I taped up the centre hole and filled the bars until it came out the opposite side.Quick and easy hand warmers work much better.
Your fuel pressure regulator could have packed it in, they bypass into the tank if they go they put too much fuel into the system. They are not hard to change . Did it try to start when you were pulling it over after you dried it out or did you un pinch the fuel line before you started pulling again?
No pulling the plugs is the best way, We did this with my sons m8. pull the plugs but make sure you keep the fuel line pinched or it keeps pumping gas while you are pulling it over. you can leave the plugs out over night and let it evaporate.
try holding the throttle wide open and pull it over. That should give it air and shut the injection down and see if it will start. If that doesn't work try pinching the fuel line shut or pull the plug on the fuel pump to stop the flooding , you probably have the crankcase full of fuel. Could...
Make sure your brake line is not starting to break down sometimes the lining in the brake line can separate an act like a check valve only letting fluid travel one way.
Hey I took my kid up over 5000ft on his skandik 503 (1996) and it was gurgling on the top end. I will pull the jets but I was wondering what other people are doing? Also if there are any more tricks to make these things go.
Thanks in advance
