Anyone run without idlers? The bearings are shot in mine and I want to take them off rather than replace bearings. Seems like the hyfax would almost wear more evenly without the idlers?

Clutching! Take a look at your weights, clutch for elevation. Replace primary spring and check out your secondary rollers/spring. I had this same issue on my 7 and mine turned out to have the stock mountain weights in the primary and I was riding it on the flatland.

Does anyone have any good "stock clutching" suggestions, such as primary weight, and spring combinations? All with the stock 36 degree helix. What is everyone running?
