good to hear you got your 9 going agian. i just tore mine down and sent the crank and cases out to indy dan he does a billet crank and case mods with 2 yr warrenty . i had over 5500 km on it and Teds cylinder and head mods as well ,work great. :beer:

Has any one bought a torque master II from indy Dan for there 900 rmk?? If so how did it work?

they are inserts that go inside you round slide of the carb. they create less turbulence and increase air flow. worked great on my old Indy 500 . better power ,better throttle response ,better mileage .not sure how they work with rotary intake?

i have never built an intercooler or air-air core but if some did want one I would .Can you buy the cores bulk with out ends?I would tig those with the miller dynasty 200.:beer:

I would recommend adding length to the wire by soldiering and heat shrinking over top for protection. Make sure you leave enough length when you turn the handle bars so the wire do not pull out.hope this helps! oh ya thanks for double checking my spelling!:d:d DMJ
