I had 163" rails annodized black by Anderson and I think they were $120 for the pair. They came out great and snow doesn't seem to stick to them as much as with bare aluminum.

I have the Specialty Sleds can on mine and have 300km on it now. No problems at all. Pulled the same RPM as it did with stock muffler so I don't think it lost any power. It is quiet at idle and part throttle and barks at full throttle. Best thing is it only weighs 3.6 lb.

I just ordered his new kit for the etec with the D2 helix. I have the stock 43/47 now and it sucks. I am only running 14.8g of pin wt. with the stock 160/350 and it is running 8000-8100 rpm on clicker 3. How much Hp do you have to be pulling over 20 grams?

I have one on mine and rode for 3 days in Valemount with no problems. I was told that if the throttle cable is too tight the ecm will not let the engine rev up. I routed the throttle cable a little different than it was with the stock riser so it wouldn't get yanked on just in case this is true.
