ya we cracked its several times and all that came out was stream . we took the hose off that goes up to the thermastat well it was run and there wasn't any fluid. i talked to the polaris dealer and they had no advise probably becuase im doing it myself and not paying them. thanks for your reply...

Have problems with my 04 prox 800 it want keep cool bottom rad hose came off lost all fluid so we filled it back up and thought we had an airlock so we rises the front , tipped it from side to side everything that we read to do and still the same thing drive for 1000 feet and over heat again...
