It is not overly big but it is the best dam outdoor cooking setup I've ever had.
Smoking my last two walleye tonight with lemon pepper spices.
Going to get some more walleye Sunday.
Either use my Long Lake tags or hit up Calling Lake.
Smoked a chicken the other day

1/2 can of beer with garlic cloves and oil on the skin then a rub with brown sugar ,garlic powder, chinese five spice , cayenne pepper and kosher salt at 350 + for 90 minutes or so let it rest for a while then slice it up 😋

Dam rights. Be 10$ easy, plus id have to drive to the store. Bbqing up a rib eye in a lil bit. Then go pick some more of those.

Put them in pancakes last night haha

Had to cancel the beef last night and went for the beer butt chicken. save on can have those ribeye sit until they’re green 🖕🏼

Was that done on the Q or in the oven? Was thinking of doing 1 of these up on the Q to take out camping.

The Canadian distribution warehouse for pit boss, Louisiana, and a few others is in Edmonton.

It might not be the same deal I got but they will sell to the public. There is a show room to see them and have every thing in stock but they no real sales attendants. If you get the right guy you can get a hood deal.
