I just looked again w/zoom, those are some serious footings, like how tall is this thing gona be ? lol

I just looked again w/zoom, those are some serious footings, like how tall is this thing gona be ? lol
I don't build cheesy chit. Heavy fir timbers and sometimes a good snow load happens.

Good day today. Lots done. Heavy lifting is done. Knee braces tomorrow and maybe some rafters.

The only thing about wood I know is,,,Cut it, Split it, Burn it. LOL

Question for the S&M "experts". The roofer quoted $5500.00 for 320 sqft of standing seam metal roofing. Is that expensive and the price was jacket because he really didn't want to do it?

For that kind of money I would find a Cedar/Larch and split my own shakes, that's a small roof and for what you need...make a day out of it.
