Here are some good idea for muff pots. This is what I do for my husband and his friends since I do not go up on the hill. I take raw jumbo razor back shrimp, add fresh chopped garlic, favorite seasoning and a small dap of butter. Double wrap in foil. It only takes about 1 hour and everything is fully cooked. Another good one is take precooked meatballs, toss them in a chili cranberry sauce. Double wrap in foil and you are good to go. This is what I usually send for them to enjoy.

What do you mean you don't get supper??? Hard to believe. Take your wife with you. I go with all the guys. I go out to the hill's parking lot with them. I give them their food and drinks and send them on their merry way. I take the truck and trailer back to the hotel. Then I usually go to the liquor store etc. Then about 3:30 pm I go back to the parking lot. I have the trailer door opened for them. I sit in the truck and listen to music. This way when they are done sledding they just have to drive into the trailer. I have an assortment of beverages and hot food (usually pizza) or I make them sandwiches. They can sit around and have a snack and a few drinks in the parking lot afterwards. Then I drive them back to the hotel. All I ask is the one night while we are wherever we are sledding that they take me out for one nice supper. I don't think that is too much to ask since usually I am the one getting drinks for them while they are in the hot tub at the hotel.

Cheers!

Maybe we will run into each other sometime this winter!!!

We usually go out to Valemount, Blue River, McBride, Revy. Will be out in Valemount dec 26 to the 30th. Will be out before then too, just not sure when. I know it will be after I send my husband to Montreal for grey cup. Have sent him the last 20 years to grey cup. Unless there is a massive dump of snow and then maybe before greay cup.

Sledbunny you are the best!! If staying back and relaxing in the hotel is what you prefer to do thats great. Taking care of your Man the way you do is super. I sure hope he sees these comments and that he appreciates all that you do for him. He is a lucky man to be pampered by you.. After reading this he better take you out for supper more often. I need to know his username to give him a few words of encouagement to treat you special.
