Went up the mountain for a little rip today and it stuttered and shut off on me a dozen times. I unplugged Throttle switch wires. got C1603 code 1 time and a c1600 code as well. cant seem to see why handwarmer would shut the sled off? any help would be great Thanks. Its going to dealer on Tuesday but the more info the better.

i had mine throw handwarmer codes etc last year (not long after crossing a tiny creek...), it started stalling, running chitty (thought it was running on one cyl), and then once i shut it off couldnt get er going again for a while, (changed plugs etc etc) finally got it started and headed home. Talked to my dealer next day and they said to check all the electrical connections, sure enough, they got wet, and found a few that had some corrosion/oxidized, dried and cleaned up all suspect connectors, dielectric greased all connections and has been solid since

As a long time cat rider it pays dividends to take apart every electrical connector right from new and dielectric grease them all, have done it on every proclimb ive ever owned. A guy shouldnt have to but it is what it is
