I don't think that would work,i think its just a bolt and washer holding on the clutch.the only other suggestion I have is to use kroil,Its wd40's bigger stronger brother that stuff penetrates like nothing else.
Put some grease in hole then Tightn bolt back on should hydrolic it off

Get a 3 jaw puller. Set it up and put some tension on it. Then use some heat. Its a 3/4" shaft so you'll need to be quick. oxy/acet is the best option, but you could get away with a small propane torch (hand held with a focused tip). Keep the heat away from the shaft. Move the torch in circles on the clutch part in direct contact with the shaft and the clutch bore should grow before the heat is transferred to the shaft. As you warm the clutch up add some more tension to the puller. Once the clutch starts to move just keep pulling until its off.

Make sure you clean the shaft up before you put the new clutch on. Don't use emery or sandpaper. Use a course scotchbrite pad. If you end up with high spots (picked up material) use a file on the localized area only.

Touch of heat, black thumb nail and working in back and forth it can off. Cleaned the shaft a new clutch in the stage two kit with a helping of copper coat all good

Black thumb nail? Is that kroil's bigger stronger brother that makes you swear like nothing else? If I have the pull my daughter's clutch I will skip that step
