Wondering if anyone has the service manual, just want to know the proper procedure to remove the rad.

alot of swearing is how I took mine out.

There should be a lot of DIY threads on taking the rad out.
On my 08, I'm pretty sure I took it out the "drivers" side - if that makes sense. You'll have to pull the drivers side fender off - and off course the top bracket etc.
Expect to loose some of those stupid plastic snaps - they will break on you fo sure.

good luck - best thing you'll do to your grizz is put it up top - IMO

I have a service manual, but was unable to fiund a procedure for removing the rad. It takes some persuasion, that's for sure. I slid mine out the passenger side with the fenders off. Make sure you take the fan off before trying to slide it out. Some force will be necessary.

comes out of passenger side a little easier.
remove the fan first.
two bolts on the front bottom of rad, top rad mounts are just pegs with rubber grommets.

I don't know if there is a difference from the 12' to the 08', but on my 12' I took mine out the passenger side with the fan still on the rad, bit of swearing and a bit of elbow grease and got it out a lot easier than the driver side. I tried the driver side first, and just tried the passenger side just to try it and it was a lot easier for me at least.
