Wondering if anyone else has had a issue with their turbo vipers starting. Mine starts good when warm but if it is - 20 will just turnover forever never fire.

Boost it turbo straight av gas.

the straight av gas is likely your issue, it is terrible for starting in cold temps

how much boost are you running? head shim?

I’m running 10 pounds no shim.

straight av is a bit much, try mixing 75% av 25% premium, it will start better, and be safe for mountain riding

Your sled doesn't need anything but 91, most likely what Clode said is your issue.
I ran 14lbs on my Nytro all day long with 91, above 14lbs i'ed start mixing 50/50. I never ran straight, even at 18lbs and 260hp.

The 1049 motor is 100% safe with 91 at 10lbs.
