It's been dumping here, i haven't seen this much snow since 1999. Seriously, what an awesome year to be on a Winder.
Going to be cutting pow tomorrow with the wifey and Monday with EZsmoke on his Winder, if all planes out.

Alot of fresh pow today and sunshine tomorrow and monday is what the weather calls.

Sleds pulling strong feels good I couldn’t see the gauges the entire trip I even tried but the snow just covered it as soon as I started moving.

I added the 33/35 Dalton/TP helix and 70% tension setting. Didn’t blow a single belt this trip and did quite a few wide open pulls through the trees and up some bowls. 68G in the primary.

Gonna leave it alone for another trip hopefully be able to see the speed/RPM.

I think you have the magic combo, 33/35 cam is the ticket. 68gr weights with that should be sweet for track speed.
How does the back shift feel?

That’s what I paid most attention too was the backshift. I noticed the trip before it didn’t backshift and lugged down on RPM on a longer climb but it was heavier snow and I didn’t have the helix. Nor did I really give it a blurp off and then back on either.

So that being said this trip it actually ran flawless to my (basic clutching experience) I’m learning as I go with everything turbo/clutch related.

This has been a really fun project and an incredible season thus far. Like I always say most fun I’ve had on any sled. And I’ve learned a ton just wrenching and reading forums and talking with everyone on here.
