Nytro 180 MPI clutching and gems controller settings

Picked up a 14 162 Nytro with a 180 mpi kit installed. It has the gems fuel controller on it. Wondering what clutching I should use for 0-2000ft and for 5-10000ft. Also, settings for the gems controller. Do you have to change for elevation? Currently has a toggle switch installed for low and high elevation but looking to replace that with a boost tee. Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for those who reply
