Up unitl last september I was living down in Wyoming. Let me tell you there are some great riding areas there. The BigHorn Mountains, Medicine Bow Range, Wind River Range was great!!!:hi: I made a few trips into Colorado and rode two areas near Steamboat Spring. One time i rode there it had snowed 84inches in 7 days, a guy should have rode with a snorkel!!!. Places to go around Steamboat are Hahns peak, and Rabbit ears, both good areas rabbit ears offers more hill climb areas.(Be ready to jet 9000-12000ft). Went on a spring ride in West Yellowstone what a place the service in town was second to none. The first day we had a guide to show us the areas well worth the money!!!!:D From what I have heard Steamboat is getting pounded again this year!!! So if any of you are planning on going down there for a trip keep these places in mind.:Snowmobile1:

I went to Yellow Stone in Jan 2006 and the Pow was amaizing. 6-10" every night in town and more in the hills. I consider the riding that i did that year in Yellow Stone to be the best that i have ever had. Deep pow and blue skys. Great combination. :)

If you are in Colorado there is some really great riding in the Grand Lake area west of Denver. The Idleglenn area will take you up to Gravel mountain where there are some great hills to climb and some great backcountry to explore with awesome powder. West Yellowstone is awesome as well. The area was short of snow 2 years ago but incredible last year. Watch out for the cops and there radar guns just out of town on the airstrip and be careful you don't ride in the park as it isn't marked well and is a huge cash cow for the National Parks service. Been there done that.:(:(:(
