Rode holy grail and salmon last Thursday and Friday. Visibility was crap, snow was awesome in the tees. Poured rain coming down the trail Friday evening. Was still raining when we left in the morning. Not sure how the conditions are now but best be careful especially going into holy grail/big blue as there will be a slippery new snow layer over the old. Watch for tree wells and open holes.

Was into Salmon yesterday. Snow was decent still lots of fresh to be found. Visibility was not
the greatest. The single lane trail in was very icy! We just barely made it up. The ride down was luge run coming down. Be careful keep your distance between the sleds or it will be carnage! I am not sure if the is another way to go around it.

Now is as good a time as any to post my yearly request that the local club find a way to build an actual access path into Salmon. I think it would be worth the effort.

Maybe a few people could shovel the sides down onto that part of the trail on the way out. So it sets up overnight. Might help.
