Sorry folks, we have been busy getting ready to head out to the Saskatoon show this weekend aaaaaand working on Caribou issues, clearing trails, maintaining groomers, leveling parking lots etc etc....not to mention it's only NOVEMBER 4th....lol

I do hope to be able to head out for a look next week when I return from Saskatoon. There was a group up clemina on the weekend stocking the woodshed and they had quite an adventure getting to the cabin. Pictures looks to be about a foot of snow at the cabin elevation although we have had more precipitation since then. There were also some nice pics of a side by side ride up Lucielle.

Will post more info when we actually have something to post....

Thanks guys ,
Here's pics from 9 am this morning
Still snowing , not a lot of accumulation at ground zero but trees up top look nice.
It's still early but as long as the stumps are getting covered we are headed in the right direction.

Up Clemina Sunday for the first ski tour of the season. Parked at about 7km (where side road takes off to the right and before the climb up towards the bridge) where there was about 15-20cm of snow. At about 15km where we left the sled there was about 50cm. Went up to about 6900ft where there was perhaps 80-90cm in sheltered areas. Snowed all the time we were out and temps were pretty close to zero. There was at least 10cm on the truck when we got back to it. Only a couple of inches of snow on the road below the powerline.

We rode Allen Creek Today. Snow levels are low, we seen an average of 1.5-2 feet of snow. lots of rocks and open creeks. The snow settled down by the end of the day by at least 6 inches. It was foggy in the valley but blue bird up top. I would recommend that people wait for the next big dump of snow. There was snow on the trail going up but a lot melted by afternoon on the way down. looks like all the snow was closer to Mcbride.
