finally got out for a good ride on the long weekend, machine worked great. FYI....if you buy a Muzzy black box for a commander, the directions are wrong on where it plugs in on a 2012 model.

do that, we'll shake it up like old times. that's the lookout over the smoky where those blue metal corrals used to be. I cant wait, of all the places i've ridden over all the years since i've moved from home, I have YET to ride anything that even comes close to our gold mine riding man!!! GODS Country out there no doubt!

Here's mine after the new frame...
Our month old '12 900XP. Beadlocks ( + a spare I carry too) with 28" Swamp Lites, Snorkled, 4000lb Warn, Aluminum doors roof bumpers & sliders. Works great, we've had a 2010 RZR800 Limited and this was an awesome step up from that machine. Riding outwest the width can be a hindrence once in a while but not to bad.

nice machine! did you have the doors paint stripped before installation? they look cool in bare aluminum. finally got around to installing my pro armor doors on the commander, quite the task. they look wicked though, happy to get rid of those lame ass nets....

any drilling or grinding to make your pro armors fit? i like my pro armors, but if i did it again i would go with Turn Key doors

lots of hogging with the die grinder, had to extend the lower slotted mounts. the upper pieces that slide over the stub needed attention too, had to open up the tube a bit to be able to get them far enough onto the stub to get the bolts in. I had heard lots of stories of them being a pain in the ass to install, they are all true. but I got them exactly where they should be, they look great. I like the looks of the turnkey doors, I might have went that way but they were still not shipping them when I was buying doors.
also had the "sport mode in low range" mod done, another 10mph in low and crazy throttle response. will pull a short wheelie on an incline now

the upper tube is just slightly larger than the tube behind the stub, I just made the inside diameter of the hinge tube a little bigger so it would slide over the tube behind the stub a little bit. that lined up the upper holes, elongating the lower holes rearward picked the door up slightly helping the clearance issue with the bottom of the door rubbing on the bodywork.

your commander is brand new.....+ brand new doors....shouldnt they just work lol? i could see if it was a beat up utv that had some funny twists going on in the bodywork.

heard quite a few stories of poor fitting pro armor doors on the commanders. they don't line up worth a ch!t. the can am dealer even warned me about them not fitting properly, they charged some poor sap 6 hours for an install....cost the guy almost 2k for a set on his brand new machine. I would freak out
