Just to clarify the Trail is officially open as of December 19, 2009...
I know some people checked the website yesterday and did go riding because it said the trail was closed. Please ensure that you check the Snow Phone 780 913 5928 for most current information .The website sometimes is not updated as quickly...

The conditions are great- there is powder all over. There is twice as much snow on the trail as there around Spruce Grove. We did start to groom yesterday. So the west and south of staging area is groomed.

Ensure you have your trail pass before heading out....

you can get a pass at cycle works west, as for map there is the one at the staging area on the board and a couple along the trail. pretty easy to follow. tons of snow out there right now. i live about 8 miles east of the trails and i can honestly say i think there is more now than all of last year. heading out tommorrow night after work i think should be a gooder

lots of changes yep. I haven't ridden it all yet either. Not sure I'll make it tomorrow night, have to remove the air box and install the pods on the little kitty.

Where is the staging area?
How many kms of trail?

Looks like awsome riding right now.

Staging area is south of Seba Beach off of Langley road,

Take Hwy 16 west to the Seba Beach overpass, exit to the south. Go south of Seba Beach town to Langley road, head west to Pengro Peat Moss Plant, go north across 2 cattle gates, cannot miss our stagin area. We are at approximately 50km.

Follow the signs!
