Any one else have a marathon deck with the newer telescoping ramp?

They mounted my puck board about 2" from the edge of the ramp and my carbides are starting to cut through the aluminum on the exposed bit there. Wondering if anyone else is having this problem. My sled happens to have the carbides right on the outside edge of the ski, so maybe this is a unique problem for me.

Also, my ladder rungs in the middle of the ramp are starting to bend (from the force of climbing the ramp I would guess).

All this after only about 6 loads (deck is new just before Xmass). I think I will call them about the puck board but wondering about the bending, is a bit of bending normal?

We have the same problem, as far as the puck board goes. One of our sleds has simmons skis on it and the outer carbide really cut into the aluminum. The solution is to either remount the puckboard over to the outside edge or purchase new puck board the entire width.
As far as ramp bending, no we have not had that problem.

Ive got an older marathon deck (non-adjustable), with the two-piece ramp. There is a little bit of bending on the ladder rungs, but nothing too serious, and it never gets any worse. I've run sleds up there about 60 times over the last few years, and no grief.

I've replaced the puck-board when I got my deck (bought it used), and I fit it so that there are no problems.
