i used some roll on box liner. carbides deffinetly still chew it up a bit. but not like just the plywood. might be able to get some thicker more durable stuff than the dupont stuff i used. i just touch it up a bit every season and keep going. deffinetly still need to superglide the trailer. i think the only way to avoid superglides is if you actually get the professional spray on stuff. i just did mine to keep it from rotting and hopefully increase the life of the factory floor because it looks like a nasty job to replace.

It's a great question! However I don't think there is a paint that will standup, but if u do what Maxwell did/does sure is allot easier on pocket book as Linex wants $3700 to do my floor.. Ouch.. I have just used the ski condoms work great but a fricken pain in the azz!! I purchased a few gallons of Behr 2 part apoxy I'm gonna try for ****s and giggles ...

I had my small 16 foot enclosed sprayed for 1200.00. They went 1 foot up the wall and did the ramp as well..

3700.00 seems high..

We had our 28' sprayed at a body shop here for 600.00. carbides haven't been an issue at all.

I bought raptor box liner. 50 dollar spray gun for my compressor that already has a dryer and filter on it and sprayed mine myself. 24' trailer cost about 300 bucks and its thick and carbides have not been a problem. I run super glides but some times it gets away on a guy. nice and grippy floor. I also used a marine grade fiber board that is really strong and water resistant. painted the bottom and edges then the box liner on top. looks great.

Had mine sprayed with box liner (linex), also sprayed the wood that goes up the wall a foot or so. Going to put down super glides as well. Haven't used it yet, but it looks good and not slippery when wet.
