Sled Deck RE DOO

Well Im redoing the deck before the snow comes...
Need help with with some stuff. Here is my list of whats going down.

New 3/4 round LED lights (Done)
New decking
Deck mounted winch
SuperClamp Front and Rear And glides

Anyone put a winch on a sled deck?
If so how was it mounted?

SuperClamps rear how are guys mounting the deck hocks? And where at the rear?

How much can you get SuperClamps for at the sled show?

I have seen the rear super clamp hooks mounted on the both the outside rail position and the inside rail position I am thinking they would be better mounted on the the inside rail of the sled to avoid notching the wood on my extension Is there a reason to mount them to hold down the outside rail ?

decks usually have a plated under the wood that the superclamp hook mounts to

There were lots of superclamps at the sled show last year not sure on price though
