What coating did you use on the floor. Looks great. are those track traction thing from Randall too?

Its the black Nudo flooring. Basically plastic veneer over the wood. I thought about not using glides but the veneer is really thin and I figured the carbides will eventually cut through. Yes those are the traction guides from Randall. They are great for walking up and down so far. I’m looking forward to seeing how well the track grips them.

I checked out the Nudo, did your trailer come with it? Seems kind of overkill adding 3/4 ply over whatever ply was already there if you are adding it after.

It came with it. I think most trailer manufacturers offer it as an upgrade over treated plywood.

Nice floor. But I still put glides down for sleds. Carbides leave a mark each time with out. Doesn’t cut through but might after a while.

I would like to not have glides in the summer!

They suck with the dirt. The Nudo sweeps or pressure washes nice.

Also the bottom side is also veneered with 1/32 of plastic. So it’s protected better if your not insulated.

I am going to build the same type of abs boot and glove dryer and was wondering what size of holes to drill and how many in the 1 1/2 abs pipe and do you put holes in the cap at the top or just down the sides of the pipe?
