Soo what's the best floor coating to allow water to run off. 3/4" Polybead Laminate Flooring. 3 years now and not a scratch on them from carbides which is tough to believe as they cut through concrete. I specifically bought ski shoes so I wouldn't mark the floor up when I bought the trailer, no need with this durable waterproof flooring.

Spray box liner eventually will wear and hard to clean if you get anything then snow on it.

Ours held up great to three years of carbides unti we sold the trailer. And as far as cleaning, nothing a pressure washer can't handle at the end of the season. I would definitely recommend it. Just make sure the floor is absolutely clean and dry before you spray it.

No doubt spray box liner will work but IMO nudo or polybead flooring is the best out there today. And if a guy need to replace the plywood flooring why wouldn't you take this route. How much did it cost to spray you're floor with liner? And what size of trailer. You can pick up nudo flooring sheet for $150 4'x8' sheet.

Cost me $600.00 for a 22'+ 4' V-nose. My new mission has the nudo floor, or what ever you call it.

So a bit of a price difference their forsure. Now that you have the poly floor how would you compare?

nudo floor is cleaner looking, but also very slippery. As far as durability, I would maybe say the spray in is a bit tougher.

Call Jason from Armaguard in Leduc 780-980-2236. Tell him Ron from Paradis Motor Sports sent you. He has done a ton of trailers for me, great work and pricing. I do a textured ramp which works extremely well for all applications especially Motorcycles.

Great Thread! I picked up a 2007 Wells Cargo 25ft Trailer last summer to use for hauling 2 quads and camping in. Unfortunately the trailer walls are not insulated and I figured it would be an easy job to pull down the boards on the walls. Boy was I wrong. The ceiling came down no problem. However once I saw the hundreds of screws and trim panels for the side walls I panicked. My fear was I will have to gut the trailer walls and not be able to put them back properly. The silver trim pieces are actually "I" shaped channels to hold the white wall boards in place. I was hoping to insulate it section by section. Not tearing it all apart. Plus doing it by yourself can be tough also. Anyone else have a Wells Cargo and removed the walls to insulate them. Ultimately I want to add a furnace, but no point until I insulate.

No big deal, just mark every piece, strip it, spray foam it and put it back together. Looks worse than it is

Bringing this excellent thread back. Question regarding spray foaming the floor - is there any need to seal the cracks and floor penetrations to prevent water getting down and between the urethane and underside of the floor?

Okay, I'll get in on this. Two years and 24,000kms later,
Day 1 picking it up from Martin.
Day 3, coming home from Prince George with a new toy.
First sled trip with it. Robb, AB.
Hauling a toy out to Vancouver Island.
Camping, Castle PLUZ. Sleeps really nice with insulation and carpet. Would be nice to have a window for camping, but you get a hint of natural light through the roof vent. We've slept probaby 25 nights in here, the family loves it.
Getting ready to clean up after a good weekend.
Staging at Owl Head, Sicamous
F150 didn't like doing 120 up the Coq, spark plug boots crapped out and had to leave the trailer on the side of the road to get towed back to Kamloops.
New tow rig.
New sled.
Packing up at Chappel a week ago.
Day 1 picking it up from Martin.
Day 3, coming home from Prince George with a new toy.

The white uprights you see on top of the shelves are for gloves and there are also some ports for helmets on top (not visible) that work excellent. Gettin heat down low is a bit of a problem so maybe an in-line fan will help accelerate airflow down to the registers.
