Home made by the previous owner, 7' long and extends sides to fit two sleds. Two piece ramp slides into eachother for about 11' total. 5 yrs since built and still in good shape. I have it bolted and turn buckles to the corners. Homemade extension for carrying mtn sleds. Instead of feet I put 2" square aluminum across the pan width ways distributing the weight over 4-1/2' rather then four corners. Lucky enough that these cross members are right In line with the lateral supports for the pan up under. I don't see it moving or damaging my pan.

For the guys with Dodges that turnbuckle your decks in, are you using the stock plastic hooks in the box or putting in something different. Don't think I'd trust the plastic ones.

Plastic ones? Is this on the newer style dodges? I turnbuckle mine to the hooks in my '09 but i'm pretty sure those hooks are metal, although they are covered in boxliner spray.

They're definitely just plastic. Unless they have metal inside them? This is on an '06. The previous '06 I had was the same way

The ones in my 99 are metal and work fine
