trailer hitch on back of fifth wheel for toys

i dont know what he has but it is sure wrong.... the truck has to have brakes weather the brakes work who knows

like boots and many others have said the frames are built to carry the trailer weight , and thats it. you can twist the frames on these pieces of crap with a small crescnet wrench they are friggin tinfoil pretty much.
what does he care if a shop is doing it for him? well probably nothing but what about all the other people on the road, you wife and kids and if you have none you brothers sisters mom dad etc, if that unit breaks off it is going for a free ride and i am betting it will be a good one if it lets go at 100kmph.
there is a reason only alberta and saskatchewan allow it. its because it is not safe.
is this shop going to give him a nsc sticker that proves this hitch is safe to carry its load? without a nsc sticker the unit is actually illegal to travel down the road in north america. what is the max load that trailer hitch can tow? i have one on my truck that say my hitch can tow "X" kilograms what will the hitch on the trailer tow? have never seen a trailer with a tow rating applied to it. if you have please show us.
just sayin this issue has been beat to death already and it is unsafe and actually illegal everywhere if they really dig into it.
